Government Proposal Writing

What is a government proposal? When the government wants to hire a business, it posts a request (called an RFP, RFQ or solicitation). To win, you must send back a proposal: a detailed written response showing you understand the job, can do the work, and offer the best value. Proposals have strict rules, and one missed requirement can get you thrown out. What we do for you: - Read the full solicitation and break down every requirement - Build a compliance checklist so nothing gets missed - Write your technical approach (how you will do the job) - Write your management plan and staffing plan - Present your past performance (jobs you have done before) - Help you organize your pricing section - Format everything exactly the way the agency asks - Review and polish before you submit Pricing: $5,000 for contracts up to $500,000. Larger contracts are 1% of the total estimated contract value, quoted separately. Paid up front. Our fee is never tied to whether you win.
